Our Story
A Welcoming, Inclusive Venue Designed for Every Occasion and Celebration
Ed and Mel Thompson, owners of the 25,000 square foot Majesty Event Center wanted to open a smaller facility to give area residents more options. The new event center is their way to give back to the community. Tyler Palace is 5,000 square feet, with 3,500 square feet of open area and the remaining space consisting of a prep kitchen, restrooms and storage.
Services
Weddings
The event center is open for bridal showers, birthdays, anniversaries, comedy shows, retirement parties, graduations, funeral repairs, dance classes, art shows, and more.
We offer a limited selection of linens, overlays, chair covers, and sashes.

Planning a corporate event allows you to strengthen relationships with current clients and partners while building genuine connections with future ones. We can help you create something fun, memorable, and engaging.
As an add‑on for an additional cost, we offer podiums, microphones, speakers, and an HD smart monitor.
Social Events
Birthday parties, baby showers, and other events at the Tyler Palace Event Center are welcome. You may cater your own food and bring your own décor!
We provide stainless‑steel commercial compartment sinks, microwaves, and refrigerators to hold and serve your food. Chafing dishes are available for an additional fee.
